Summer is always an exciting time of transition in Devonshire, and over the past several months, we have welcomed a handful of wonderful new homeowners and families to our townhome community.

To help everyone get acquainted, the Devonshire Board is hosting an informal Summer Move-In Meet & Greet. Whether you unpacked your boxes last month or have called Devonshire home for over a decade, we invite everyone to come by, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with your neighbors.

Event Details

• When: Saturday, August 1, 2026

• Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Where: The Central Common Green (near the main entrance turnaround)

• Rain Plan: In the event of morning rain, we will gather under the covered walkway breezeway by Building 3.

What to Expect

• Casual Conversations & Introductions: A relaxed setting to meet the folks living down the lane and exchange contact information.

• Light Refreshments: Complimentary coffee, chilled water, iced tea, and a selection of fresh pastries will be provided by the HOA.

• New Resident Welcome Packets: Board members will have copies of our Resident & Welcome Guide, trash/recycling schedules, city service contacts, and parking guidelines for anyone who has not yet received theirs.

• Q&A with the Board: Trustees will be available to answer practical questions about common elements, maintenance schedules, and our upcoming community survey.

RSVP & Inquiries

RSVPs are not strictly required, but an approximate headcount helps us ensure plenty of refreshments for everyone.
