Trash & recycling
Collection is handled by the City of Naperville (contracted to Groot). Have bins at the curb by 7:00 AM on your pickup day.

Quiet Hours
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and weekends alike.
Parking
No overnight parking on the street. Guests should use driveways or the visitor spaces near the entrance.
Pets
Pets must be leashed in common areas and registered with the association. Please clean up after your pet.
Lawn & Exterior Upkeep
Residents are responsible for keeping lawns mowed and exteriors tidy between association-managed landscaping visits.
New resident checklist
- Set up electric, water, and gas service in your name
- Register any pets kept on the property
- Review the CC&Rs and Bylaws on the Governing Documents page
- Sign up for Naper Notify for city alerts and emergency notifications
- Save the management office and non-emergency police numbers
- Say hello to your neighbors!
