About & By-Laws

Learn about Devonshire's history, our board of directors, and the governing documents that keep our community thriving.

Our Story

A community built on care and continuity

Devonshire was established to preserve a quiet, tree-lined enclave just minutes from Downtown Naperville. Since then, the Homeowners Association has worked to maintain shared spaces, uphold consistent architectural standards, and give residents a real voice in how the neighborhood grows.

The HOA is a resident-led, volunteer board governed by our recorded covenants and by-laws. Every decision — from budget approval to architectural review — is made in accordance with those governing documents and in the open, at meetings every resident is welcome to attend.
